1 General Terms & Conditions

Takar Bet (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online Sports Betting service operated for users in Bangladesh. These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the Platform and its users.

By using Takar Bet, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years of age
• You are using this service of your own free will
• Online betting is legal for you under the laws of your country
• All information you provide is accurate and truthful
• You have read and understood all sections of these Terms & Conditions

Takar Bet reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

2 Account Registration & Verification

You must provide accurate personal information when creating an account on Takar Bet. Only one account per person is permitted.

Registration Requirements

• Full name (as it appears on your National ID Card)
• Active mobile number (Mobile Pay/Nagad registered)
• Date of birth (for age verification)
• A strong password

KYC Verification

KYC verification is mandatory before your first withdrawal. You will need to submit one of the following documents:

• National ID Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving License

3 Betting Rules

Before placing a bet on Takar Bet, make sure you're familiar with the rules below. Betting the right way makes the whole experience more enjoyable.

Bet Confirmation

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Before placing any bet, please double-check all details — amount, odds, and match.

What Happens if a Match is Cancelled

If a match is cancelled or postponed for any reason, all bets on that match will be voided and stakes refunded. For accumulator bets, the cancelled match will be counted as 1.0 odds.

Live Betting Rules

• Odds in live betting can change at any moment
• If the odds change at the time of bet submission, you will be given the option to place the bet at the updated odds
• If a live bet is cancelled due to a technical issue, the stake will be refunded
• Bets placed after a match result has been determined will not be accepted

Maximum Bet Limit

Each match and market has a maximum bet limit in place. This may vary by event — larger tournaments typically allow higher limits.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Takar Bet regularly offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with specific terms that are clearly outlined in the offer details.

Welcome Bonus

Takar Bet offers a welcome bonus on your first deposit. To qualify:

• A deposit must be made from the new account first
• The minimum deposit amount must be met
• Rollover must be completed within 30 days of activating the bonus

How Rollover is Calculated

For example, if you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus, a 5x rollover means you must wager a total of (deposit + bonus) × 5 = ৳10,000 before making a withdrawal.

5 Deposit & Withdrawal Rules

Transactions on Takar Bet can be made via Bangladesh's popular mobile banking methods. Following the transaction guidelines ensures fast and secure service at all times.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit: ৳500
• Maximum daily deposit: subject to set limits
• Only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name
• Payments sent from third-party accounts are not accepted

Withdrawal Rules

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 BDT
• Maximum 5 withdrawal requests per day
• Withdrawals can only be made to your registered payment number
• Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is complete
• Usually processed within 30 minutes

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Takar Bet. Violating these rules may result in permanent account closure.

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Registering with false or incorrect information
• Attempting to manipulate the bonus system
• Using someone else's account or selling your account
• Participating in match fixing or illegal betting syndicates
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the platform's software
• Using the platform for money laundering
• Helping minors open an account

7 Responsible Gaming Policy

Takar Bet believes betting is a form of entertainment. We want every user to play responsibly, which is why we have a number of safeguards in place.

• Deposit Limit: Set a maximum deposit limit on a daily or weekly basis
• Loss Limit: Betting will automatically stop once losses exceed the specified amount

9 Account Cancellation & Suspension

Takar Bet reserves the right to suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• If you violate the terms and conditions
• Registering with false information
• If KYC verification is not completed
• Where suspicious transactions or evidence of fraud is detected
• If you operate multiple accounts

Users may close their account at any time. Upon closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned — however, bonus balances will not be refunded if rollover requirements have not been met.

10 Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute, please contact our support team first. We are committed to reaching a fair resolution.

Complaints Process

1. Submit a complaint via live chat or email
2. You will receive an initial response within 48 hours
3. A final decision on complex matters will be communicated within 7 business days
4. If both parties are unsatisfied, an independent mediator may be brought in

Takar Bet's decisions are considered final — however, reconsideration is possible where valid grounds exist. All disputes are subject to the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
